This is the website and home of the Law Office of Scott Pactor. I represent criminal defendants in state and federal court, in and around the county of San Diego. Scott has obtained positive results (dismissal of charges and acquittal after trial) in cases involving charges of driving under the influence (DUI), domestic violence (DV), drug possession, drug sales, conspiracy and others. I also work on complex federal cases, with retained or appointed attorneys. I can assist with indexing wiretaps, creating discovery databases with simple or complex database software and preparing indexes of large amounts of discovery.
